Fall 2011

As we are reaching the end of the season you're probably all wondering why the hell you even bothered buying any summer pieces. We haven't exactly had much of a Summer (I've never really cared for Summer so I'm not fussed) but I have been in next season mode for quite a while now. Autumn and Winter are my seasons, these are the season when fashion really matters to me.

Because I was pregnant for Autumn and Winter last year, I lived in leggings and baggy jumpers (and believe me, it was so hard for me not being able to fash it up like I normally do - when you're a lump it's hard to care much for anything remotely fashionable). This time round however, I shall be back in my skinnies and heels wearing lots of black and grey and doing the whole fashion thing again. It's been a long time coming...

One of the trends for the new season that really stood out for me was the jewel tones. Emeralds, Sapphires and Citrines were seen on the catwalk. When Autumn sets in I usually clear my wardrobe of all brights but this time I shall be adding brights to the row of greys and blacks.

Luckily, then, that I have some lovely bright pieces for the Fall 2011 launch here at Granny's Vintage!

Make sure you check back for the launch on 20th August to add pops of colour to your wardrobe.

Kisses,
Charlotte x
